1. About us

Revival Aesthetics is a private aesthetics studio operated by Simone Sandwith (sole trader) at 34b Hunday Court, Workington, CA14 3SL. By booking a treatment or using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

Booking requests submitted through the website are provisional until we confirm them by email. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking - for example if a treatment is not clinically suitable for you or the chosen slot is no longer available.

Clients must be 18 or over. You are responsible for giving us accurate contact details and a truthful medical history.

3. Cancellations & no-shows

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and appointments missed without notice, may be charged in full at our discretion.
• We do not currently take deposits, so we rely on your courtesy to give us fair notice.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined or a deposit being required.

4. Consultation & consent

A short consultation and written consent form are required before treatment. If we believe a treatment is not safe or suitable for you we will not proceed and no charge will be made. Results and healing responses vary between individuals; we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

5. Payment & pricing

Prices listed on the website are in pounds sterling and include all applicable taxes. Payment is due at the appointment unless otherwise agreed. Course prices and packages are payable in advance and are non-refundable once treatment has started.

6. Aftercare

For your safety and results, you agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided at your appointment - including avoiding workouts, hair styling products or heavy sun exposure for the periods stated. We are not liable for reactions caused by failure to follow aftercare guidance.

7. Refunds

Treatments already delivered are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your experience please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to put things right.

8. Loyalty programme

Our loyalty card rewards every sixth qualifying treatment free of charge. Stamps are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be combined with course pricing or other offers. We may amend or withdraw the programme with reasonable notice.

9. Website content

Information on this website is for general guidance and does not constitute medical advice. Before-and-after photos are of real clients used with consent; individual results vary.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim arising from a treatment is limited to the amount you paid for that treatment.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
